REFUND
The refunded amount will be directly credited to your bank account after we receive the jewellery. Once the product is received and approved, a refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Yes, the client needs to pay for the return shipment. Once we receive the product and get it checked, the refund/exchange process is initiated.
Orders once placed can only be canceled before shipment. Cancel request doesn’t apply on custom orders. Refer cancellation policy.
DELIVERY
For orders within India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. It may take 2 to 15 days.
We will ship your product via our delivery partner. Before attempting delivery Our courier partner will contact you for availability And you need to show your ID Card when the courier parcel comes to delivery.
You can easily check the status of your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” section on our website. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the courier’s website.
